Gloria, a former Olympian, now shares her love for track and field with students at Umami University. In fact, the school goes all-out to celebrate the Winter Olympics every February! When that happens, the high-spirited Gloria comes to school proudly donning the gold medal she won ten years ago. Oddly enough, Gloria instructs her students to stay fit by moderating their eating, but she herself makes plenty of exceptions where Stirfry plates are concerned.
